Vampire Slayer

Around the time of the costume shop winding down I couldn’t help but look at all the itms laying around and think about how to put them into one shot. Mainly the garlic strand. Cause really how often do you find a necklace of garlic laying around? So then this shoot was created loading up our slayer with everything would could fit on her person. Some item never really showed up, such as the machete hanging off her belt. Also the long stake was one of my fav props to mess around with while lurking around the shop.

Happy Halloween
The time has come for everyone to dress up and head out to terrorize their communities in search for the all important free candies. This year I took some time out and did a Halloween themed shoot. Which really doesn’t vary greatly from from my normal shoots. After running a poll on my DeviantArt acount it was decided that this year’s image would be a Zombie Playboy Bunny. Jacky was awesome enough to come out and get messed up and model.
It’s Alive!
This is the first of the Horror Icon Pin up series we have been working on. I’ve shot a couple before now, but they didn’t turn out quite the way I would have hoped. All the white was actually a request as I was shooting this for a art show using special black light paper and lights in the gallery it self. But I’m pretty cool with it as I got to use the Alex Ross light set up from his DC poster series. So here is our Pin Up Frankenstein.

Thanks to the model Panzer as she brought the pumpkin which was a great find and added a lot to the pic.
Zombie Jamboree
An other shot I did for the Josie O’Kain Costume Shop web page. Unfortunately due to some technical difficulty this one never really made it up in time. One of things I like about doing zombie make up is that there are so many different ways of making them. Before I made a pretty normal color zombie with gashes. This one is a more grey and splattered blood. I had made a massive cut on her cheek, but it got covered by her hair when shooting.

Also after the shoot I took her over to Wendy’s for a fun shot for a restaurant photo contest the next day.

Come to me, my pretties
Time to get some new photos up on the site here. This was one I shot for the Josie O’Kain Website. I kinda wanted to shoot a classic green-skinned wart covered witch to promote the Halloween season. Plus it’s really fun to do the make up on it as well.
The model had a blast decked out in the nose and chin and fingertips, and she was a lot of fun to work with.

I can’t let this ugly hideous image pass by with out showing the beauty that was underneath the make up.

Also this image is now up in the gallery
