The humanoid wolf looks up as you come around the corner she smiles a feral smile and knocks back her head and howls.. You feel that noise as an assault on your senses and your thoughts..

(Call to the prey.. All non wolf creatures who can hear the call must make a charisma save}

Gwen covers her ears the best she can to keep out the offending noise, but it's pretty harsh.

[Save 12+1= 13]

Retiaria grimaced, her hands too full to cover her ears. Her horns would have made that difficult anyway. "Argh, shut up!"

[13+1+2=16 save] (gonna post when I know if that's good enough)

I stand firm against my foe, letting out my best roar in response as I prepare to strike. I don't know exactly what animal I'm mimicking, but it's a sound captured perfectly in the back of my mind from when I was out in the wilds. The sound shook the trees and the hearts of the team alike. Compared to that, the wolf wasn't so bad.

Oric Loth is a young female dwarf with long brown hair spun into a braid that reaches the base of her shoulder blades. She is short and thick, weighing about 150 pounds with a stature of no more than 4 feet. Her chest bounces far to freely as she was unable to find a proper bra, and has resorted to a makeshift cloth wrapping for some minor support. Her panties are simple white cloth that hugs her plump ass, with a red symbol on the back. Unknown to her the symbol is a goblin character that's placed on public property to indicate it's free for anyone to use. Specifically there are 3 symbols with slightly different meanings: the first means it is to be used gently and with great care, the second means that it can be used freely but must be repaired by the user, and the third means that it can be treated however the user pleases. Of these, the symbol on her ass is the third. Fortunately this shameful fact is covered by her robes. A soft, simple dress made of green and blue fabric intended to be worn over armor to define the clerics faith. Her armor has been transformed into a ring however, so her body appears only clad in cloth. Around her neck she wears the 'pendant of hunter essence' (which she intends to give to someone so she doesn't have all the magic loot) and on her arm she wears 'the purple dragons gift'. She wears a light shield on her left arm, and carries a warhammer in her right hand.

[Charisma Save: 12 + 5 = 17]

Duran hears the howl of the wolf girl, but the dragonborn seems none to phased by it or impressed. "You call that a roar?"

((cha save 14+2 = 16))

Another choice goblin word as my hands instinctively go to my ears- "that is QUITE rude you know!" I call, and quickly have to let go of my ears as I begin to lose my balance in my perch, and speak some more goblin.

Naethra tries to plan her move.  What spell would create the greatest effect, and be least likely to make the four wolf-kin jump on her.

The howl cuts through the gathered adventurers almost like a blade. Most of them gather the force of personality to fight off the howls effect. However Gwyn and Naethra find themselves  quaking in place as the howl brings to the surface a prey nature.

Naethra shrinks her grin skin giving way to pale skin and soft grey fur. Her ears move to the top of her head and get very rounded and very large. With her skittish expression she reminds you of nothing more than a humanoid mouse.

Gwyn shrinks a massive tail growing out of her back as she grows redish fur.. her face points out in a snout and her front teeth grow very pronounced. She seems like an odd blending of elf and squirrel.

(Gwyn and Naehtra are both suffering from the call of the prey.

They have shrunk to size small.
They lose all Racial traits (not stats, but things like dark vision or resistances)
They are frightened of the wolf girl who called out their prey natures)

it is now the unknown mages turn (dicho)

Gwen felt a chill down tongue bone from the howl. The wolf is so big. So intimidating. Everything seemed bigger and more threatening. Wait everything was bigger to her as she shrunk. The large fluffy tail formed behind her distracting her until fur formed everywhere else. Her face felt weird as well, feeling it she knew her face changed as well, she was becoming a rodent. She wanted to say something mean to the wolf, but she was so scared.

I hadn't really noticed these new people coming- a little too focused on some things closer to myself.

What I do know is the wolves didn't seem to go for my shower of sparks, but now that my mind is a little clearer, I /definitely/ need them to get farther away from my tree. I fumble for a moment trying to find a position stable enough to hold without engaging my hands, and another moment to pull out a heavy, battered leather tome, but once I have it I let my voice ring out in practiced ease.

Syllables crash together like millstones in a mighty storm as I make the appropriate, precise movements, finishing with a creshendo as I clap my hands together before me.

((Casting thunderwave.

Each creature in a 15-foot cube originating from you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 thunder damage and is pushed 10 feet away from you. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn't pushed.

In addition, unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by the spell's effect, and the spell emits a thunderous boom audible out to 300 feet.

2 1st level spell slots left

Prepared 1st level spells: Thunderwave, Identify, Mage armor))

A thunderous crack bursts out of the tree blasting leaves and branches away. One of the wolves is shoved bodily away from the tree while two of them and humanoid remain firm against the blast of magic. Lucius will note that the spell doesn't seem to.. damage the creatures so much as cause them quivers of some sort of pleasure. He'll note traceries of pearl throughout his book {assumeing thats his spell casting focus}.

(It is now Oric's turn)

I look at the wolves as one goes flying sideways. Wolves. Normal wolves. If they're not particularly magical then we have the advantage. Channeling my divine magic I call down holy fire upon the wolf that was sent flying, as I do I begin to back away "Everyone keep your distance, we'll try and deal out as much pain as possible before they reach us."

"Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit," Naethra was murmurring to herself.

This... was really bad.  She found herself thinking that a lot these days, but this one seemed particularly terrible.  Her body had drastically changed for the second time in as many hours.  She hadn't had a chance to rest or channel after the goblins or the dryad, and couldn't muster the energy for any of her stronger spells.  She was small now, and her ears felt different, and she... why the hell did feeling mammalian all of a sudden become weird?

Running seemed like a good idea.  All of the wolves were larger than her, and that bipedal wolf-woman frankly horrified her, on a level so deep and primal it felt plain wrong.  But she couldn't ignore it.  She was so much larger, fiercer, and stronger than she was...

Running was a terrible idea.  Every wolf could out-pace her, and abandoning the party would be certain doom for everyone involved.  There were only a couple spells she could use.  They'd have to suffice.

First, Naethra ran.  Not very far, though; she wanted someone bigger between her and the wolves.  She stopped a couple feet behind Retiaria, hoping that any wolf running toward her would have to get within striking distance of the warrior first.  At the very least, she should be able to get off a hit before the wolf swallowed her whole.  (Slight exaggeration, but not by much.)

With her position as defensible as it could be, she raised her trembling hand, took a deep breath, and focused on one of the wolves.  She... didn't want to focus on the pack master right now.  If she was lucky, she might be able to take down one of the wolves in one hit, and that would do more for their odds than inconveniencing the terrifying wolf-thing.

(Casting Eldritch Blast at the wolf with Naethra's best line of sight; 9 (d20) + 2 (proficiency bonus) + 3 (charisma modifier) = 14.
(Reroll for disadvantage: 14 + 2 +3 = 19!)
  Damage = 4 (d10) + 3 (agonizing blast) + 1 (sexy-times blessing)= 8 Lightning Damage)

The wolf lets out a yelp as the lightning crashes into it..

the three leap up and barrel down on the party two crashing into Duran and one biting at Retria's legs.

The two wolves each strike the plump dragon born knocking her off balance and filling her with that deceptive pleasure..

(retaria is missed! Duran takes 14 damage and must make a Str save with disadvantage)
